These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "You") and Jutawan88 ("Company", "We", "Us", "Our"), the operator of the online gambling platform accessible at https://jutawan88.cam (the "Platform").

• "Prohibited Person" means any individual who is under 21 years of age, is self-excluded, is located in a restricted jurisdiction, or is otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before the resulting winnings can be withdrawn.
• "Platform" means the Jutawan88 website, mobile web experience, and any associated services made available at https://jutawan88.cam.

To register and maintain an account with Jutawan88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. Jutawan88 enforces a minimum age of 21 for all casino-style gambling activities in line with internationally recognised responsible gambling standards applicable to the Malaysian market.
2. You are registering and playing in your own name, for your own personal entertainment. Registering on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.
3. You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a jurisdiction in which online gambling is illegal or where Jutawan88 does not hold the requisite authorisation to serve players.
4. You are not a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of a current employee, of Jutawan88 or any of its associated entities.
5. You do not already hold an active or previously closed account on the Jutawan88 Platform. Only one account per person, per household, and per device is permitted.
6. You are not subject to a self-exclusion order, either voluntarily placed through the Jutawan88 Platform or imposed by a regulatory authority.
7. You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of Malaysia.

To register an account with Jutawan88, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, Malaysian NRIC number (or passport number for non-citizens), a valid email address, and a contact mobile number.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. Jutawan88 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

Jutawan88 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) policy in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) obligations. All players are required to complete identity verification before making withdrawal requests, and Jutawan88 may request verification documentation at any point during the account lifecycle.

Jutawan88 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, birthday bonuses, cashback offers, referral bonuses, VIP tier rewards, and cryptocurrency deposit bonuses. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's individual terms state otherwise:

• Bonus funds and real-money funds are held separately in your account until wagering requirements are met;

All bets placed through the Jutawan88 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or market, as published within the Platform at the time of placing the bet. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and specific game or market rules, the specific rules shall prevail for that particular game or market.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Jutawan88 Platform. Breach of any prohibition listed below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering under a false identity;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform for financial gain;
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to hedging strategies, multi-accounting to claim multiple bonuses, or systematic low-risk wagering designed solely to clear wagering requirements;
• Money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime conducted through or related to the Jutawan88 Platform;
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other tool to disguise your true location, particularly where such use is for the purpose of circumventing jurisdictional restrictions;
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening Jutawan88 staff or other players via any channel.

All content on the Jutawan88 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, game assets, data compilations, and the overall "look and feel" of the Platform — is the exclusive property of Jutawan88 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. No content from the Jutawan88 Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, published, or used for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of Jutawan88.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Jutawan88's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your Jutawan88 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Jutawan88 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of business, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform — even if Jutawan88 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Jutawan88 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows, force majeure events, and third-party infrastructure failures may affect Platform availability without liability to Jutawan88.

Jutawan88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time and without prior notice where it reasonably suspects or determines that:

• A player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• A player has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during KYC;
• A player's account has been used in connection with prohibited conduct as described in Section 9;
• Continued operation of the account poses a financial, legal, or reputational risk to Jutawan88;
• A regulatory or law enforcement authority has requested account restriction.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, Jutawan88 will endeavour to notify the player within a reasonable timeframe. Where an account is terminated due to a proven breach of these Terms, Jutawan88 may forfeit the account balance without obligation to refund.

Jutawan88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its obligations as a licenced operator seriously. We recognise that gambling can cause harm when it is not approached as a form of entertainment, and we have invested in the following player protection tools:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which Jutawan88's operating licence is granted. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably through Jutawan88's internal complaint resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable licensing authority.
